how far in advance should we order?

We recommend ordering invitations 6-8 months ahead, Save the Dates 8-12 months ahead, and day-of stationery at least 8 weeks before your event.

Wedding invitations are typically sent 8-12 weeks before the wedding  - or up to 16 weeks for destination weddings, many out-of-town guests, or no save-the-date.

when should invitations be mailed?

What is your turnaround time?

The semi-custom design process typically takes between 4-8 weeks depending on current calendar and scope of work. After your proofs are approved, allow 3-4 weeks for production for letterpress, foil, and any embellishments. Digital printing offers a faster turnaround time of 14 business days.

We recommend sending them six months before your wedding, or eight months if it’s a destination wedding or includes many out-of-state or international guests.

Do you ASSEMBLE AND MAIL INVITATIONS? 

Your stationery will be packaged and shipped to you to mail. Orders that include embellishments are hand-assembled prior to shipping. "Mail-Ready Assembly" is available for an additional fee.

Depending on our availablity, we may be able to provide rush service. There is a 30% surcharge plus an expedited shipping fee, which varies based on weight.

What elements can I customize?

While the foundation of each design remains the same, you are able to personalize key elements such as wording, ink colors, paper and print methods. Custom illustrations or paintings may be added as well. 

Yes, sample kits can be purchased here. If you choose to work with us, the cost will be applied as a credit to your final invoice.
