The cost of day-of stationery depends on your design choice—custom or semi-custom—as well as the pieces, quantities, and embellishments. Most clients invest between $1,200 and $3,000 on their day-of items. A non-refundable $250 retainer is required to book and is applied toward your total

how far in advance should we book?

Day-of stationery needs to be booked at least 8 weeks before your event. All final seating chart/place card names are due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. 

what is your typical turn around time?

The design process typically takes between 2-8 weeks depending on current calendar and scope of work. After your proofs are approved, allow 2-3 weeks for production for letterpress, foil, and any embellishments. Digital printing has a faster turnaround time of 12 business days.

Yes — for example, you might pair letterpress menus with digitally printed place cards. I’ll help ensure all pieces coordinate beautifully even with varied materials.

Can I mix and match styles or paper types?

Most printed pieces have a minimum quantity of 25–50 due to print setup costs, but digital or signage items can sometimes be produced in smaller quantities.
