The creative process begins with a questionnaire to capture your content details. You will receive your first digital proof within 7–10 days. 2 rounds of revisions are included to ensure your suite is perfect.

After receiving your final approval and payment we will begin print production. Once completed, your stationery is carefully wrapped, and shipped to your doorstep.
Once you've submitted our inquiry form, you'll recieve an email with We’ll review your needs and ideas during our consultation call. We will follow up with a detailed proposal.

Following your review, we’ll update your quote as needed. Once your proposal is finalized, submit your acceptance to receive your contract and invoice. Your spot is secured upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit

Every custom suite at Merrow Creative is created from scratch, and pricing reflects the time, creativity, and care that goes into bringing your story to life.
Custom suites begin at $2,000, with most couples investing between $2,500–$4,500 depending on quantity, print method, and embellishments. A non-refundable $1,200 retainer is required to book and is applied toward your total.

how far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking invitations at least 4-6 months ahead, Save the Dates 8-12 months ahead, and day-of stationery at least 8 weeks before your event.
Wedding invitations are typically sent 8-12 weeks before the wedding - or up to 16 weeks for destination weddings, many out-of-town guests, or no save-the-date.
when should invitations be mailed?
What is your turnaround time?
The custom design process typically takes between 4-6 weeks depending on current calendar and scope of work. After your proofs are approved, allow 2-4 weeks for production for letterpress, foil, and any embellishments. Digital printing offers a faster turnaround time of 12 business days.
We recommend sending them six months before your wedding, or eight months if it’s a destination wedding or includes many out-of-state or international guests.

FAQ'S
Do you ASSEMBLE AND MAIL INVITATIONS?
Your stationery will be packaged and shipped to you to mail. Orders that include embellishments are hand-assembled prior to shipping. "Mail-Ready Assembly" is available for an additional fee.
Absolutely. I provide wording guidance for invitations, RSVP cards, and other inserts to ensure everything sounds polished and feels like you.
Can you help with wording and etiquette?
do you offer vintage postage?
Yes, we are able to curate vintage postage for your invitation suite! Please note that vintage postage needs to be hand cancelled at the post office, which can add extra time on to the mailing process.
Yes, sample kits can be purchased here. If you choose to work with us, the cost will be applied as a credit to your final invoice.
