Editorial: Aldworth manor featured on The White Wren

I am so excited to finally be able to share the details behind this incredible styled shoot with you! This venue and team were an absolute dream. Let’s start with the location. Aldworth Manor is the perfect combination of New England elegance and Renaissance flair.

We wanted to play into that old-world, European style, so we went with a renaissance style design for the invitation suite. I incorporated florals as a nod to the beautiful gardens on the property and used hand-torn deckled edges to really play up the romance. I created a custom venue illustration to add a modern element that pays homage to the beautiful venue itself.

The florals were breathtaking. Paige from Ramble Floral truly outdid herself! From the bouquet to the impeccably styled table (thanks to Katie and Pretty Little Popups), the colors and arrangements were gorgeous. Speaking of gorgeous…Lindsay at The Boston Bridal Stylist knocked it out of the park when it came to dressing our incredible bride and groom. And Lauren added the most flawless finishing touches. They were glowing! The cherry on top was absolutely this amazing cake made by the wildly talented Lizzie of Lizzie’s Bakery.

One of my favorite details was this beautiful cart we used to display the cake as well as wedding favors that double as escort cards! We wanted to incorporate a quote that would tie the theme together, so I hand-painted one onto a crisp white piece of linen blended fabric.

I had so much fun working alongside this talented and creative vendor team! Be sure to check them out :
